Principal Investigators must complete the Principal Investigator Form, which helps to guide the selection for oral presentations. PIs interested in organizing a workshop should contact a meeting organizer or submit a request at the bottom of the Principal Investigator form, which is located on the Abstract Submission page.

Poster Sessions

Posters sessions will be held throughout the meeting. Maximum poster dimensions are: 4 feet high x 4 feet wide. Push-pins to facilitate display will be provided for your use.

The Meeting Site

Banff, Alberta, Canada - RNA 2001 will be hosted in the exceptional surroundings of Banff, Alberta, Canada, a small town located along the Bow River in the Canadian Rockies and Banff National Park. Banff National Park, a world heritage site, is Canada's oldest National Park and consists of 2,500 square miles of snow capped mountains, towering trees, crystal lakes and streams, glaciers and wildlife in a natural habitat. The town of Banff has shops, art galleries, museums and a wide choice of restaurants, lounges and entertainment. The Banff Centre for Conferences is located in the town of Banff at a comfortable elevation of 4200 feet, within a 2 hour drive west from Calgary, Alberta, yet it is surrounded by mountain peaks. This juxtaposition of human settlement (including Victorian hotels and lodges) with the wilds of Banff and Jasper National Parks will be immediately evident and should provide a stimulating reminder of our now broadened view to include emphasis on human dimensions of anticipatory environmental management. For more information about Banff and the surrounding areas, go to www.banfflakelouise.com

The Banff Centre for Conferences is one of the four divisions of The Banff Centre for Continuing Education. The Banff Centre for Continuing Education is a unique institution playing a special role in the advancement of Canadian cultural and professional life. It is known world wide for its advanced training in the Arts and Management, and for hosting a wide range of educational conferences. www.banffcentre.ca
